Lake Junaluska: Part I

Last week we went on our annual family vacation to Lake Junaluska, North Carolina to be with the Rybolt side of the family.

The playground by the lake was an essential part of our vacation fun! Here's Daddy and Ella checking out the slide.











My cousin Karen and Baikal's baby brother, Rybolt, also enjoyed the playground.











As a soon-to-be college freshman, Karen was a big help. She's young and energetic enough to happily chase the kids all around the playground!


2 1/2 year old cousin Baikal can do the slide all by herself!

Ella didn't get any candy but she suckered Daddy into buying her not one, not two, but three shiny pinwheels!








Milkshakes were an imprtant part of our vacation down south! Here's a video of Ella trying to drink one that's way too thick to drink with a straw.
