Ella's First Real Bike

Is there any better way to celebrate the first day of summer than with a brand new bike!?!  Ella's always had a tricycle but recently started asking for a "real" bike.  We looked and looked and finally found one that's perfect for her. 

 Here we are in the bike shop getting the training wheels put on.  Ella was so excited she talked nonstop.  Everyone in the shop was smiling and laughing as she went on and on about how cool the bike is and how long it took to get the training wheels on. 

They put a new bell on for her and we got her a new helmet (safety first!).  Here she is riding for the first time.  The only downside is that Jack will not ride his tricycle anymore.  He just cries, "NO!  Yaya's bike!"
