A Weekend for Everyone

The best weekends are when Rob, Ella, and I get to do something together that we all enjoy. A close second, we've discovered, is when each of us does something different but a lot of fun.
Last week, Rob and Ella drove down to Grandma and Pa's house.

She had so much fun, she couldn't stop smiling.

Rob and his brother, Neil, took Michael to Star Wars: In Concert.

The three of them had a great time together and brought home light saber keychains for everyone.

Meanwhile, Mommy stayed home in the blessed silence, working on a research paper, wrapping holiday presents, watching chick flicks, and eating takeout Chinese food.

Did I mention how much I enjoyed the blessed silence?
